Image via WikipediaHave always had an affection for West Ham.Was the nearest professional club to where was born and I knew people who knew the great Bobby Moore as he came from my home town Barking and I find it sad how they have got things so wrong in recent years.
Spent unwisely, been badly run, have appointed the wrong managers and not brought on youth the way they always did.
West Ham is about the East End of London. It needs to get back to its roots. Firstly it as made a mistake appointing yet another foreign manager. It needs someone who`s heart and roots are in the East End.It needs to invest in the youth of that area and bring through talent of the likes of Bobby Moore, Geoff Hurst , Martin Peters, Frank Lampard, Rio Ferdinand, etc and it should forget this nonsense of uprooting the club and taking it to the Olympic Stadium in Stratford and stay where it belongs at Upton Park.
West Ham have always had the ideals of the majority of Eastenders hard working, decent who do the right thing. It should go back to those ideals and rediscover what made the club one of the most loved clubs in the land.
